Well thay was either really smart ot really stupid. I think she actually intended to keep him as a pet or lackey. But once he made a break for it she will kill him.

Oh, definitely the aroused sense. I think there’s more than a little bit of the bare-bear that garners a certain sense of…satisfaction from the blood and carnage.
If that’s true, and Venir ultimately comes to join her (or anybody does, really), then he’s going to have to watch himself.
Either she’s going to become an insatiable nymphomaniac after combat, or she’s going to frequently want a target for pain. Maybe both.
Maybe the henchman’s guild has a special? Or she can shop at Minions-‘R’-Us?

Is there actually any proof that she’s actually an evil psycho-killer? The only people she’s killed so far were monsters.
Nah. There were all those Cabal equivalents of Star Trek Redshirts she dispatched quite handily. But the look of glee while she played fuzzy-Ginsu is a rather fair indicator that something isn’t really right in her noodle.

But as Scow2 said, the only people she has killed so far have been monsters and lackeys of monsters (no one who willing works for the Cabel are innocent, specially castle guards {who do you think ‘plays’ with all the pets and toys [sometmes both at the same time] when the Masters are away?})
We shouldn’t automatically assume that every guard who works for an evil person is worthy of death. Even though, I know, years of media, videogames, and fantasy RPG’s have conditioned us otherwise. X)
Some of them may be ignorant of the Cabal’s greater purpose, some may be naive, some may simply be desperate jobbers or owe debts that make their guardianship a kind of indentured servitude. They might deserve a severe thrashing or a knock on the head for poor choices, but not necessarily a skewering.
This isn’t just survival, this isn’t just “get out of my way or I will kill you”. She’s having fun killing people and causing trouble. That’s not a sign of a balanced mind.
Definitely a bit unbalanced…like a washing machine with a heavy blanket…and lead bricks unbalanced. And the guards could simply be hirelings. Unless there’s a war somewhere, fighters are rather superfluous. Just think of all the poor contract workers on the Death Star.
She is enjoying killing, but the guards attacked her first (when she was unarmed at the time) so that particular group of guards are not ‘desperate jobbers’ or ‘indentured servants’, and they are the only ones (apart from that pervert doctor and the experiments) she has killed so far
The first group of guards, perhaps. The second group merely said, “Hey, stop,” before getting sworded. 😉

It wasn’t so much as to be able to tell them apart. Evee isn’t so much thinner than she is slightly more muscular and toned than Evon is 🙂
I was always curious, is Evee a nod towards Brendan Frasier’s character’s love interest in The Mummy? ‘Cause that’s who I thought of as soon as I saw the name.
