Scale and chain body armor, if backed and padded by well designed and crafted leather and linen, can be surprisingly comfortable to wear and allow a great deal of mobility. As a SCA leather worker I collaborated on a couple sets. They can be worn under furry chaps and jackets for warmth.
Poor Evon. I wonder if she has any more plans in her “Get Hero to sleep with me” portfolio? Maybe she should see if the next town has exotic dancing lessons. But I hope she keeps the armor and uses it again.
