Just wanted to say that I love the work you all do, and this is becoming one of my favorite webcomics to visit on a weekly basis! Keep up the great work.
And I also wanted to let you all know there is a typo in Evon’s big chat bubble in the last panel. I think it’s supposed to say I think she was created, not I think was she created. 🙂
Well why he created the clone (wanting to hopefully end up with a useful nexus being like her without having to keep spending effort trying to recapture her and not have to worry about killing her) is fine to learn, it’s all the OTHER stuff that actually was done with her clone she’s better off not knowing.
The use of a technological term like ‘clone’ in this environment troubles me. OK, it’s a translation of what she’s really saying, but I’d prefer a more magical term, like ‘doppelgänger’. Or if that’s too clumsy, ‘duplicate’, ‘double’, or (see Dragon Knight above) ‘replica’.
Why? At first it was an attempt to replicate her magic but then the guy used her for “other” needs.
Or, maybe, it was the other way around

Trust us Evon you don’t wan’t to know. It’s better this way.

Looks like Sherlock Evon is hard at work figuring out the antagonists’ plan … 😉

Hmm.. I am wondering if Brit is alright.
Ditto.
